The Beginning
I started my beauty qualification while I was still in high school, driven by a love for the beauty industry and helping people feel confident.
2016 · AGE 17
Choosing The Beauty Industry
After realising hairdressing wasn’t the right path for me, I committed fully to beauty therapy and completed my diploma.
2017 · AGE 19
Entering The Industry
I finished my beauty diploma and began applying for salon roles, gaining hands-on experience with clients, treatments, and the day-to-day reality of working in the industry.
2018–2019
Building Experience
I continued refining my skills, learning more about client care, treatment standards, retention, and what creates a strong salon experience.
2020 · AGE 21
Starting Her Own Business
During lockdown, I rented a small room above a hairdresser and officially started building my own beauty business from the ground up.
2021–2022
Growth & Education
I continued growing my client base while investing heavily into advanced education, online learning, client experience, operational systems, and business structure.
2022 · AGE 23
Launching Training & Academy
I expanded into education and launched training programs, combining my hands-on salon experience with practical beauty industry education.
2023 · AGE 24
Salon Expansion
As demand for services and education grew, I expanded into a larger salon space, developed stronger operational systems, and built a team environment.
2024 · AGE 25
Industry Mentor & Educator
I began mentoring beauty business owners while hosting workshops, advanced education programs, and practical training focused on systems, retention, leadership, marketing, and salon operations.
2025 · AGE 27
Continuing To Grow
I continue leading the Alana Rose team, growing industry partnerships, educating beauty professionals, and supporting beauty business owners through mentorship built from real salon experience.
